We'll offer expert advice on layouts, materials and finishes, helping you make informed decisions throughout the design process. Where appropriate, we can also produce mood boards and artist's impressions to help you visualise your completed home before construction begins.


Transparent Quotation

Once we've discussed your project in detail, we'll provide a fully itemised quotation so you have complete clarity over costs before any work starts. If your plans evolve during the build, we'll discuss any changes openly, ensuring you remain informed and in control at every stage.


Planning & Permissions

Whether your project requires planning permission or falls under permitted development, we can advise on the most appropriate route and guide you through the application process, making it as straightforward as possible.

Project Scheduling

Together we'll agree a realistic programme of works, balancing efficiency with the highest standards of workmanship. Throughout the project, a senior member of our team oversees progress to ensure everything runs smoothly and to schedule.


Project Management

A graduate of Falmouth School of Art, Andrew Price has more than 30 years of experience as a carpenter and builder, working on projects throughout Brighton, London, and the surrounding areas.

After graduating, Andrew began his career crafting traditional oak-framed barns—a hands-on apprenticeship that laid the foundations for his lifelong passion for quality construction and craftsmanship.

His extensive knowledge of every stage of the building process, combined with specialist expertise in complex roof structures and loft conversions, enables him to deliver projects of the highest standard. Paired with his creative background in art and design, Andrew brings both technical precision and an eye for detail to every project, providing the ideal foundation for leading a successful design and construction company.
