Design
From our offices in Hove we love to create beautiful design. This is always a conversation between us and you the client, but we want you to benefit from our experience, so will happily advise on how best to achieve your aims with suggestions and real input. We're experienced at sourcing finishes and materials and can provide mood boards with an artist's impression of what your finished build and interior could look like.
Quote
After discussing the job in detail we'll prepare a fully itemised quote so that all costs are transparent before work begins. We understand that you may want to make changes during the build and work closely with you during the process.
Planning
We can advise on any Planning Applications needed and guide you through the process.
Schedule
Together we establish a suitable timeframe in which to complete the build to a high standard. A senior member of staff is always on hand to make sure the build is running efficiently.
Project Management
We take care of everything for you, from managing the site to liaising with Building Control, architects and suppliers, whilst making sure you are kept fully informed at regular meetings and site visits.

A graduate of Falmouth School of Art, Andrew Price has 25 years experience as a Carpenter and Builder, working in and around Brighton & London.
After Art College, he started his Carpentry career working on Oak Barns - a great way to start if your passion is building. His detailed knowledge of all practical aspects of building, with complex roof structures and loft conversions a particular speciality, combined with an Art School background is the perfect basis on which to run a design and construction company.
Simon Yelland has 30 years experience as a Builder and Flooring Contractor working in and around Brighton & London.
His experience is in meticulously designing both commercial and domestic interiors, with flooring, of course, a particular speciality.
This detailed knowledge of all aspects of general building make him and Andrew the perfect partnership, with a combined skill-set that spans all areas of the building process.
